My role consists of researching, designing and optimising 11 consumer facing brands within the financial sector, each brand possessing unique customer personas to optimise through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Identifying and implementing potential optimisations through the Digital Experience Intelligence platform, FullStory, allowing for an insight-led design process. A/B and MVT tests are created and tracked through Google Optimise with data analysed in Google Analytics.
Building and maintaining design systems across the websites to keep a consistent feel and for easy UX improvements found through optimisation.
Working alongside the Development Lead to create an easy handover process. Reviewing user tests implemented through the UserBrain platform and liaising with our compliance department.
Liaising with Product Owners and Project Managers to shape the product roadmaps and key deliverables needed, organising and scheduling the design work stream. Reporting directly to the board of directors.
